What’s for Breakfast? Dr. Oz’s “Green Juice”!

Ingredients:

1 large Cucumber
Celery (I used several stalks)
Spinach (I used Romaine lettuce)
Ginger root (I used a lot because I like my juice spicy)
A bunch of Parsley (I used flat parsley)
2 Apples (I used Granny Smith apples)
1 lime (peel if not organic)
1 lemon ( peel if not organic)

Juice and store in Mason Jars (I like the Ball brand). I don’t store for more than 1 day.
